The Subconscious – How to Use It To Achieve Our Dreams!

by | Apr 5, 2022

It’s been said that the biggest problem in achieving our goals is being aware of them.

While it’s true that becoming aware of our goals is the first step in achieving them.

It’s not always easy to see what lies just beyond our current state of consciousness.

If you’re tired of waking up every day and feeling like you’re still in the same place you were the day before, it’s time to give your subconscious a break.

Subconscious

The good news is that the subconscious is surprisingly accessible.

We already do a lot of things without being consciously aware of them.

For instance, when we’re sleeping, we don’t have a constant stream of thoughts running through our heads.

We don’t have constant debates in our minds about whether or not to do something.

The subconscious is like our inner “overnighted” self; it’s a place where we go to escape from the noise of the world and rejuvenate.

What is the Subconscious?

A subconscious mind is a place of relaxation, recovery, and peace. It’s where we go to escape from our daily problems, unwind from our busy lives, and prepare for the challenges of tomorrow.

It’s also where we go to draw upon our deeper resources for both emotional and physical nourishment.

The subconscious is the part of our minds that is accessible and responsive to what we tell it to do.

Once we learn how to tap into our subconscious minds, we can use it for good, for creative inspiration, and for personal growth.

How does the subconscious work?

Your subconscious works like a tape recorder. Every time you have a thought, your subconscious listens and stores it.

When an appropriate situation arises, your subconscious plays back the stored information and gives you a feeling or an impulse toward a particular behavior.

For example, if you’ve been trying to lose weight and your subconscious mind picks up on a negative judgment.

It will playback that recording and give you the urge to binge eat. Your conscious mind can then recognize the pattern and stop the cycle from repeating itself.

Why it’s important to rest your subconscious

Like a muscle, your subconscious requires regular effort to remain active and alert. If you don’t use it, it gets lazy and starts to atrophy.

The more you use your subconscious, the stronger it becomes, and the more you trust it. The subconscious is a place of white lies, half-truths, and ambiguities.

To gain access to the full potential of your subconscious mind, you need to condition it to accept what you tell it.

If you don’t tell it what to do, it doesn’t exist. To get your subconscious mind to work for you, you need to plant the seed of what you want and allow it to blossom.

Take a day off from your goal

One easy way to give your subconscious a break is to intentionally take a day off from your goal.

If you’ve been working toward something for a while and you’re not close to achieving it, it’s probably not a good idea to continue to push forward.

The best thing to do is to take a break from your goal and come back to it with a fresh set of eyes.

Take some time off and do something you love to do.

Surround yourself with the things you love, and your subconscious will have nothing but time to rest and rejuvenate.

Exercise your brain and your body

Physical exercise and mental exercise are two very different things.

The former is about using your body; the latter is about using your mind.

Both are excellent stress relievers, but the former will give your body a workout and leave you feeling exhausted while the latter leaves you feeling invigorated.

To get the most out of your workout, you need to challenge your brain as well as your body.

Doing crosswords, solving logic puzzles, or playing strategy games like chess, Go, and Scrabble will give your mind something to think about and keep it active.

Bottom line

The subconscious is an amazing thing.

It’s where we go to escape from our problems and relax.

It’s also where we go to draw upon our emotional and physical resources when we need them.

The more we access our subconscious, the more we can do with our lives.

When we know how to rest our subconscious, we can free up space in our minds for new ideas, new goals, and new dreams.

Thanks for the recommendations on credit repair on this site. Some tips i would advice people is usually to give up the mentality that they can buy at this point and pay later. Being a society most people tend to do that for many things. This includes holidays, furniture, along with items we would like. However, you’ll want to separate your own wants out of the needs. When you’re working to boost your credit score actually you need some sacrifices. For example you can shop online to save cash or you can click on second hand merchants instead of expensive department stores pertaining to clothing.
