Beds for children: Children of any age can be accommodated.
0 – 2 years: A cot can be used on request for FREE
Age restrictions apply: Minimum age for check-in: 18
No smoking is allowed inside the house.
Customers should minimize noise from 11:00 pm to 7:00 am
Pets: Pets are allowed on request. Supplements may apply.
Security deposit: A damage deposit of € 100 will be requested on arrival.
The deposit will be refunded upon departure, after checking that no damage has occurred to the accommodation.
Cancellation Policy
The client can cancel the reservation free of charge up to 7 days before the arrival date.
The client will have to pay the total price of the reservation if he cancels during the 7 days before the arrival date.
If the client does not show up, she will have to pay the total price of the reservation.
